Regina Foster, MPA, PA-CRegina Foster, MPA, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Ms. Regina Foster joined VCU Urology Department in December of 2013 as a Physician Assistant. She works closely with our Attending Physicians and residents providing care to our adult patient population. She treats many conditions to include, but not limited to: bladder, prostate, and erectile dysfunction. She also acts as a liaison between Virginia Department of Corrections, VCU Health Systems Security Care Clinic and the Urology Department.

She is a 2000 undergraduate of Virginia State University, earning a degree in biology. Upon graduating Ms. Foster enrolled in Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Master of Physician Assistant program in Norfolk, Virginia and later graduated in 2003.

 Prior to joining us she worked in Primary/Urgent Care for 10 years. Ms. Foster is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Jenna Brand, MS, RN, CPNPJenna Brand, MS, RN, CPNP
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the VCU Urology Clinic, Jenna Brand, MS, RN, CPNP provides care for children with urinary incontinence and other genitourinary issues, with a special focus on the evaluation and management of school-age children who have voiding dysfunction, daytime incontinence, and nocturnal enuresis. Mrs. Brand works closely with our pediatric patients and their families in order to provide support and education in the treatment of both acute and chronic urologic issues.

Prior to receiving a post-master’s degree in Nursing from University of Virginia’s Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program in 2001, Mrs. Brand graduated with honors from VCU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.

Jenna also attended James Madison University where she completed her undergraduate education in psychology. In addition to serving as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for Bon Secours Care-A-Van outreach program, Mrs. Brand’s background includes maternal, newborn, and pediatric nursing at St. Mary’s Hospital, pediatric home health care, and neonatal intensive care experience.

Leigh Hamm, MSN, RN, CPNP, Pediatric Nurse PractitionerLeigh Hamm, MSN, RN, CPNP
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

As part of CHoR Pediatric Urology at VCU, Leigh Hamm, MSN, RN, CPNP, provides care for children with urinary problems such as urinary tract infections, incontinence, as well as, other genitourinary issues.  She works closely with the patients and families to develop a rapport and provide education and support to treat both acute and chronic pediatric urological problems.

Mrs. Hamm is a native of Richmond and attended James Madison University in which she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences.  Afterwards, she returned to Richmond and attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Child Health Nursing to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. 

Mrs. Hamm’s background includes many years in the community working at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital as a registered nurse and later as part of the Division of Pediatrics as an advanced practice provider supporting the nursing staff on many levels.  She joined Children’s Urology of VA in September 2014 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and in October 2016, Children’s Urology of VA became a part of the VCU Health System.
