The Division of Adult Urology offers well-rounded expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions of the urinary tract in both men and women, as well as the male reproductive system.
Our faculty and trainees use the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures, to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
We are proud to provide compassionate patient care and robust resident training across general adult urology and the full spectrum of urology subspecialties, including:
- Urologic oncology
- Men’s sexual health and infertility
- Urogynecology
- Neurourology
- Endourology
- Reconstructive surgery
Residents, faculty, advanced practice providers, nurses and staff work side by side in a collegial, supportive environment where every voice matters. With a culture of shared learning that advances both patient outcomes and professional growth, faculty are dedicated educators who regularly collaborate across subspecialties to provide the most comprehensive, coordinated care possible.
Urologic oncology and the Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center: A proud partnership

In close collaboration with VCU’s Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, we provide advanced treatment options, diagnoses, prevention and symptom management for prostate cancer, bladder and kidney cancers. Our fellowship-trained urologic oncology faculty perform robotic-assisted surgeries with a level of expertise and experience available at only the top 4% of cancer centers across the U.S., and our residents receive extensive robotics training throughout the program.
